Once I had completed the 3 strands about the benefits and drawbacks of information on people's lives around the world.
Strand A I believe to be my weakest section as I found researching the information very difficult as the the limited amount of internet access I have at home is considerably low and the only time I had to complete this work was through time at school. I didn't really find anything new that I could deeply research in the sections on communication, email and entertainment as I am considered a large part of my life to be involved in these elements everyday. But with online shopping and education I found more intriguing as I had little knowledge on these parts of Strand A so I could find new information and find it more interesting to write about.
In Strand B I found it as a neutral difficulty as I didn't find it too difficult or too easy however I struggled with the language and grammar plus I believe I could have had more examples on how information has changed people's lives. In Strand B I learnt more about how technology has a more important role in people's lives than I had realised – also according to research how a lot of technology can also have an extreme default to society.
Through researching Strand C it had my attention the most and also had become my favourite strand as I learnt the most from it. I found it difficult to provide my work with examples continuing with the difficulty with understand and writing about the data that I had to compare. I learnt that the digital divide which I had no knowledge of before, and finding out the large problems that technology has created throughout the world.
My ebook that I have created I believe took the most time as I have no internet access at home and had to work at school or at friends houses; which wasn't the best environment to work. The design of my ebook is easy and simple to use even though I think the navigation could have been clearer and presented in a better way as I think it may be confusing to the reader to navigate from. The content of my ebook overall has made me believe that it isn't too confusing for the reader to understand. I had gathered 3 friends to evaluate and look through the ebook and navigate their way through it – even though there were a few link mistakes everything else they understood and took into consideration of what they learnt.
